I ordered this piece to replace the rotted out spare tire well in my 46 fleetline. The peice itself looks great at first sight. Nice quality thick metal but sizewise it is poor. After drilling out the stock peice and fitting the new one in, I came to find that this new tub is about 1 inch to short and a bit to narrow. The narrowness isnt that much a problem but it being 1 inch to short, even trying to get it centered, to have it sit nice and be able to weld it in properly is tough.
